In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Talent & Organizational Development Partner, based in Irvine, CA. The Talent & Organizational Development Partner reports to the Talent & Organizational Development Supervisor and is a member of the Human Resources team.  He/she will be a contributing member of the Talent & Organizational Development team responsible for the professional and leadership development and talent planning for our Support and Corporate Departments as well as organizational communication and change management.

*This position is full-time in-office only.

General Responsibilities
  • Developing and supporting organizational communication including Associate emails, Associate publications, and flyers for a variety of initiatives.
  • Providing change management support for HR and organizational strategies.
  • Researching, sourcing, and/or developing professional and leadership development content including designing presentations and participant materials.
  • Delivering leadership & professional development workshops to Associates of a variety of levels and functions both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborating with HR partners and department leaders to assess, create and/or facilitate solutions for increased individual and team effectiveness.
  • Managing projects including leading team members to plan, execute, and complete the project.
  • Supporting the administration, analysis, and/or action planning for employee engagement surveys.
  • Performing some administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment/registration
Work Schedule + Benefits

Full-time, Exempt
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Department needs may call for occasional overtime

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (HR or Organizational Management, Communication, Organizational Psychology or Sociology, etc.)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate learning, talent, and/or organizational development
  • Strong written/verbal communication and facilitation skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently & collaboratively
  • Familiar with a variety of OD and L&D practices and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
  • Experience with the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to manage projects.
  • Ability to build successful relationships and partnerships across the organization
  • Strong customer service skills and an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Spanish language fluency is a plus
