*This position is full-time in-office only.
General Responsibilities
- Support an assigned group of Stores in all matters relating to Staffing
- Provide general support to all Stores, regardless of ownership, while answering inbound calls from Stores and candidates
- Make recommendations of recruitment tactics to Store Leadership and provide counsel on best practices
- Order physical and digital assets including flyers, banners, signage, sponsored digital job ads, traditional media, and social media
- Serve as an ambassador of In-N-Out Burger’s Mission and Values in all candidate touch points, vendor relationships, and in public facing settings, such as job fairs, networking events, and school visits
- Lead New Store Opening Recruitment process by developing and executing strategy to generate applications, coordinating hiring fairs, and providing interviewing training support to Store Leadership.
- Conduct pre-opening visits to assess marketplace, develop partnerships with schools, community centers, and local organizations, and engage Store Managers in pre-opening staffing activities.
- Provide assistance to Store Managers, Divisional Managers, and Regional Managers on topics ranging from Applicant Tracking System, Onboarding, and best practices to source and screen talent for their stores.
- Proactively gather and communicate market data on compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
- Participate in special projects in Recruiting and Human Resources.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Work Schedule + Benefits
Full-time, Exempt
Hours: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
In-office position.
Occasional travel is required between our corporate facilities (Irvine, CA, Baldwin Park, CA and Lathrop, CA) as well as to Stores in Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Oregon and Colorado on an as needed basis. The frequency and extent of travel will vary depending on the volume and nature of positions in each facility.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business and or Human Resources.
- Minimum three (3) years of store, retail, and or staffing firm experience including passive candidate generation and full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and customer relationships
- MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills ensuring a positive and courteous experience.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
