We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Representative based in our Irvine, CA office!  We are looking for highly skilled, deeply committed Associates with great interpersonal skills to join the Customer Service team.  In this position, you will be responsible for handling a variety of calls while multi-tasking and completing department tasks and assignments on a daily basis. You will have the opportunity to work in a team-oriented atmosphere, but are counted upon to work independently and efficiently. The position also requires quick thinking and problem solving skills that allow you to provide the best possible service to our customers, stores and other support departments. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your technical skills and become more proficient with programs such as Word, Excel and Adobe.

General Responsibilities
  • Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, comments and concerns received through the 800 number customer service line, email system and written correspondence.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs; respond in a friendly and appropriate manner
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions 
  • Follow communication protocol and guidelines 
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations 

Work Schedule 
  • Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt 
  • Office location: Irvine, Ca
  • Schedule: Five (5) days per week, Eight (8) hours per day
  • Flexible scheduling required, to include nights, weekend and holiday availability
  • Night and Weekend availability is mandatory 
  • The Customer Service department is open during the following hours: 
  • Sunday-Thursday: 6:00 am – 1:00 am
  • Friday and Saturday: 6:00 am – 1:30 am

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
  • Current In-N-Out Burger store experience (required)
  • Must be a Level 5 or higher
  • Must have worked in the stores at least two (2) years
  • Associate must be in good standing with the store (no written warnings within the last 6 months preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate a strong commitment to assist our customers and listen to their concerns 
  • Strong phone skills; must be an active listener
  • Excellent customer service skills; Ability to adapt and respond to the customer’s needs
  • Must be able to problem solve in a quick and friendly manner
  • Must work well with others to help create and maintain a team atmosphere
  • Must have a positive and coachable attitude with all team members
